Pass and Project Licensing Policy

01How Passes Work

A Practice Pass grants authorized members of the purchasing organization production-export access for all of that organization’s existing and newly created projects during the stated 30-day period. It is a one-time purchase and does not renew automatically. An early renewal begins after the latest paid, non-refunded period ends.

A Project Pass permanently grants production-export access for one identified project. These passes are Service licenses, not software purchases, ownership interests, or professional licenses.

02Authorized Use

Pass access may be used only by authorized members of the purchasing organization for its internal professional or business work. Members must use individual accounts and comply with role and permission controls. Contractors may access a project only when authorized by the organization and must comply with the Terms of Service.

03Restrictions

You may not share, sell, rent, sublicense, duplicate, pool, or circumvent a pass; use one organization’s Practice Pass for another organization; falsely characterize separate projects as one project; or give unrelated third parties access to licensed functionality. You may not manipulate project identifiers, organization membership, billing records, or technical controls to evade licensing.

04Project Data and Outputs

Project licensing does not change ownership of Project Data. You retain the rights described in the Terms of Service. During an active entitlement, authorized users may generate permitted exports for professional use. Exports do not include any right to copy or distribute Cadastra software, templates as standalone products, or proprietary components.

05Expiration, Reassignment, and Enforcement

Practice Pass access stops at the exact stated expiry timestamp or immediately when its payment is fully refunded. Projects without a permanent Project Pass then return to locked production exports. A Project Pass continues for its identified project unless its purchase is refunded or access is otherwise restricted under the Terms.

We may investigate apparent circumvention and restrict affected access in accordance with the Terms. If your order form grants different licensing rights, that order form controls for the applicable purchase.

06Policy Changes and Contact

We may update this Policy together with the Terms of Service. Material changes will be notified as described in the Terms.
